I just had to check this out. I hope my post will work, I'm new to this blog stuff. I like what Bob Greene says in his book, just move a little more. That's doable! So we're not running marathons yet, but moving more is manageable. So to move more, even if I work out once or twice next week, that's more for me. A good goal!
Eating, you're much more organized than me right now. I need to read up on the pyramid and Bob's plan. I'm sure they're both very healthy. Are you recording what you eat, and where are you doing that? I'd like to find an on-line food tracker of some sort...
Did I tell you I have Anne Marie in school only MWF now? I know we were talking about it, and with finances etc, it just didn't make sense to me to have her gone every day. Plus I realized wistfully that this is my last year most likely to have flexibility in my schedule with her. I'm enjoying it already this week, and our relationship seems to be improved too!
I also started a bible study this week, so I will be in the word a little more. This is great for me b/c I've been very inconsistent since we moved. I also have the desire to tackle cleaning more, but I think my main focus should be on the Word and my health. I would like to defeat my weight issue this year, I'm tired of carrying it around literally! Do you know if we do this consistently this year, we'll most likely have the weight off by the end of the year? Isn't that amazing to think about? Good luck!
